The Owen Glen Covenants document is provided below.  This document will provide you with information about our community and guidelines for future home builds.

All proposed residential construction requires submission of a completed Application and Requirements for House Construction along with the applicable Review Fee(s) to the Architectural Review Board (ARB).  All proposed home improvement projects requires submission of a completed Application for Property Improvements.  Please refer to the respective documents for more details.  All architectural plans must be submitted to and approved by the Owen Glen ARB prior to the start of any project.
