The Owen Glen Property Owners’ Association, Inc. (OGPOA) recreational areas (Pool, Tennis Courts, Clubhouse, and Common Areas (also known as the “Amenities”)) are entirely funded by annual dues paying members.  The OGPOA Board of Directors (the “Board”) administers the Rules and Regulations of these areas. Use of these recreational areas by Members and their guests (“User” or “Users” is a privilege that is extended to only Owen Glen Property Owners whose annual and special dues are paid in full.  All guests must be accompanied by a Member when using the Amenities.

Rules and Regulations

Section 3. Swimming Pool: 

The legal guardian of any person under the age of 18, eighteen (a “minor”) must accompany the minor at all times.   

Pool access is granted by use of access code to be provided to a User upon proof of payment of all dues, annual and special, and receipt of a fully executed Release of Liability by the Board. 

All use of the Amenities is at the Users own risk, and no supervision of use, including but not limited to lifeguards for the swimming pool, will be maintained.   

All containers in the pool area for food and beverage are to be in non-glass containers. 

No pets are allowed in the pool area either inside the fenced area or by the pool.  

Infants are required to wear plastic covered liners over diapers made specifically for swimming. 

No use of the gas grill unless it is an OGPOA sanctioned group activity. 

Pool opens Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.  Pool hours are from sunup to sundown. 

Absolutely no diving or jumping into the pool or flips from the side are allowed at any time. 

No running, pushing, dunking, rough play or any type of personal conduct endangering safety of self and others is allowed.

No large rafts or flotation devices shall be allowed in the pool.  Balls, toys, small floats, etc, may be allowed, based on the number of people in the pool.

No Smoking or chewing gum is allowed anywhere in the fenced pool area. 

The POA will not be responsible for any money or property loss sustained by members or their guests

using the pool.
