How to Reserve the Clubhouse

All property owners in good standing may reserve the Clubhouse for private functions at no charge.  A deposit of $250 is required prior to the event and returned if the Clubhouse has no damage.  The Clubhouse should be cleaned and left in the condition in which it was found prior to your event.   A Clubhouse Reservation Form and a Release of Liability form must be completed and can be downloaded from the Association Documents Link.  These forms will need to be scanned and returned to [email protected] or hand delivered to any of the members of the Board or Clubhouse Committee.  Once approved, your information will be placed on the OG calendar.  For more information, contact any of the committee members or email the secretary.
